Somya Aushadi is a partnership firm operating in India. We sell AYUSH-licensed Ayurvedic products that are legal and compliant under Indian regulations. Our products are intended for sale within India only.
· Products & Usage
All products sold on this website are AYUSH-approved Ayurvedic formulations. Product descriptions, usage instructions, and related information are provided for general understanding. Individual results may vary.
· Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Somya Aushadi reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion due to stock availability, payment issues, or verification concerns.
· Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Online payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional 5% COD charge.
There are no shipping charges on prepaid orders unless stated otherwise.
· Order Cancellation
Order cancellation by customers is not allowed once the order is placed.
If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect address, non-availability of the customer, or refusal at delivery, the order will be returned to us.
In such cases, refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned package, after deducting applicable charges.
· Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is handled by our logistics partner Delhivery.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and external factors.
Somya Aushadi is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
· Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only, no refunds.
Replacement is applicable only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Customers must report the issue within the specified time mentioned in our Return & Replacement Policy.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and supported with proof (images/videos).
· No Refund Policy
Somya Aushadi does not offer refunds, except in cases where an order is returned due to non-delivery and received back by us. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
· Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, logos, product names, and designs are the property of Somya Aushadi and may not be copied or used without written permission.
· Limitation of Liability
Somya Aushadi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
