All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
· Shipping & Delivery Time
For deliveries within India, standard shipping via Delhivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the location. Remote areas may take slightly longer. International shipments may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.
· Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are applied based on order value, weight, and delivery location. Free shipping may be offered for orders above a minimum purchase amount, as mentioned on the website.
· Secure Packaging
Products are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Each product is labeled with clear instructions to maintain safety and quality.
· Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Delhivery tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order in real time on the Delhivery website or app.
· Delivery Issues
While we work closely with Delhivery to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, courier disruptions, extreme weather, or customs clearance for international orders. Somya Aushadi is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or regulatory processes.
· Address Accuracy
Please ensure the shipping address provided is complete and correct. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges.
Return & Refund Policy
At Somya Aushadi, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to ensuring that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness. In case of any issues with your order, we provide replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
· Eligibility for Replacement
Only products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered are eligible for replacement. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for replacement. Opened or partially used products cannot be replaced due to hygiene and safety reasons.
· Initiating a Replacement
To request a replacement, contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, product name, and details of the issue. For damaged or defective products, attach photographs to help us process your request quickly. Our team will guide you on how to return the product safely using Delhivery, our trusted shipping partner.
· Return Shipping Guidelines
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact. For damaged or incorrect products, Somya Aushadi will cover the return shipping cost. Customers are advised to use secure packaging to avoid further damage during transit. Retain the tracking details until the replacement is delivered.
· Inspection & Approval
Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it to confirm the issue. Only products that meet the eligibility criteria will be approved for replacement. Returns that do not meet the guidelines may be rejected, and the product will be sent back to the customer.
· Replacement Process
Approved replacements will be shipped promptly via Delhivery to ensure safe and timely delivery. You will receive a tracking number once the replacement product is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its status.
· Important Notes
Somya Aushadi products are designed for safe use when instructions are followed. Improper handling after delivery may affect product quality.
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances; only replacement of eligible products is available.
